Theresa is the Front Desk Coordinator. She handles all receptionist duties, including but not limited to, scheduling, checks patients in, updating patient information and sends out recall postcards. In February, Theresa celebrated her one year anniversary at Medina Vision & Laser Centre.
Away from work, Theresa enjoys reading, floating in her pool & spending time with her husband Tom, three sons; twins, Ty & Alex-16, and Kevin, 13, as well as her 4 legged son, Riley, the Golden Retriever.

Laurie is the Insurance Coordinator. Her career at Medina Vision began in December of 2004. She ran the front desk for a little over 4 years. Then after taking a 6 month Medical Terminology and Billing & Coding class, she received the coding certification in early 2009 & began to head the billing department. She soon transitioned to her current position as the Insurance Coordinator. She handles all aspects of insurance billing for the practice.
Laurie & her husband, Keith, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary last fall. Together, they have 2 children, Megan who is a sophomore at The University of Akron and Ethan who is also a sophomore at Medina High School. They have a Chihuahua, the family pet, name Chiquita. She enjoys cooking or relaxing in the sun reading a good book.

Chrissy is the Surgical Coordinator & Fashion Eyewear Consultant. She began at Medina Vision in May of 1996 as the receptionist & bookkeeper. In August of 2000, when Medina Vision Centre started to offer LASIK, Chrissy took over the Surgical Coordinator position and in 2007 she also added Eyewear consultant to her specialty.
Chrissy enjoys anything that involves having a fun in life. You often hear Chrissy say “ISN’T THIS FUN?!”

Cheryl is a licensed Optician & office manager at Medina Vision Centre. She is in her 14th year & third move with the practice. She and her husband, Dennis, of 34 years, have 2 married daughters that have blessed them with three grandchildren. Cheryl is an avid golfer & is a member of “The Traveling Book Club.” |

Joyce is the Billing Coordinator. She joined Medina Vision Centre in August, 2009.
She & her husband, Art have lived in Medina for 10 years. In her free time she enjoys reading, knitting and painting. |

Maggi (Left) is a Certified Paraoptometric Technician. She joined Medina Vision Centre in 2002 after having been one of Dr. Beiling’s first patients back in 1990. Maggi is very passionate about her career & the care of her patients. Outside of work, Maggi enjoys being a mom to her 2 year old son, A.J and is a huge Cleveland Browns fan. “Woof Woof!”
Maddie (Right) is a Chairside Technician. She joined Medina Vision in May, 2007. While working for Dr. Beiling & Dr. Earley, Maddie has earned three certifications and is now a certified Paraoptometric Technician. She shares the pretesting & chairside technician roles with Maggi, the practice’s other technician. Maddie, who is a twin, and her fiancé, Bryan, who is also a twin, are planning their wedding for September of 2010. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Katti is the Welcome Center Coordinator & the Marketing Director at Medina Vision. She joined the practice in December, 2009. At the Welcome Center, she checks patients in and directs them to specific areas of the office. In her time away from the practice, she is a wife, a mom, an Interior Designer, Makeup Artist and works for a local winery. She and her husband, Tony, have lived in Wooster for 5 years and together have a infant son, Kooper and 4 other dependents, Gibson & Sabian-the family kitty cats, and Foster & Oscar-the family puppy dogs. She also enjoys cooking, traveling and all things artistic. |

Patty is the Vision Therapist at Medina Vision & Laser Centre. She started at the practice in June of 2009. Once Dr. Beiling & Dr. Earley have determined a patient can be helped with vision therapy, Patty individualizes a 20 week plan specific to the patient’s needs. Vision therapy is designed to strengthen the patients eye muscles & improve their focus. Patty graduated from the University of Akron in 1982 with degrees in Child Life & Child Development. She has been married since 1982 to Joe. Together they have three children, Katie, who is married & teaches in a Medina elementary school; Christopher, who is an accountant; and Brian, who is an honor’s student majoring in secondary math education at the University of Akron. Patty’s interests include spending time with family, volunteering in the Green & Medina City Schools, cooking, baking, traveling & reading.

Bilal is an Optical Technology student at the Medina County Career Center. He interns at Medina Vision Centre, confirming appointments, pulling files, assisting in frame selects, adjusting glasses, he also performs contact fittings. Bilal enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family & friends. He plans to continue his education at Cleveland State, majoring in biology then moving on to Ohio State University to study Optometry. |

Brittany is an Optical Technology student at the Medina County Career Center. She interns at Medina Vision Centre, confirming appointments, pulling files, adjusting glasses, assisting in frame selects & she also aids in contact lens fittings. Brittany enjoys being around her friends & family, reading, listening to music & watching documentaries. She plans to attend college in the fall, majoring in chemistry & would like to pursue a career as an Optometrist. |
